Our Attitude on Life Page 1

Written by David A Sokolik | April 28, 2010

Our personal perceptions of reality can shape our reactions in any given situation; likewise, the way other people perceive our actions may shape the way they react to us. Within the workplace and in our homes we will run into people whose personality styles differ from our own. This can lead to misunderstood intentions and hurt feelings; how we choose to resolve these situations can sometimes be less than perfect.

The object of this website

Is to give light to what lies behind a persons actions to better understand our personality differences. By achieving better resolutions we will see things in brighter clarity. Through the acts of positivity, our own attitudes will brighten the way to a happier future.

My Methodology

I will use two methods of primary research and a bit of secondary research to back up my observations; the means of data collection will be testing and interviews. By using The Luscher's Color Diagnostics testalong with survey questions that pertain to a person's upbringing I will have a good starting point to look into their personality style.

The Luscher's Color Diagnostics test is a deep psychological means of separating personality styles by the acceptance and the rejection of various color values, blue, green, yellow and red. The color models are used in businesses around the world to help employees interact better with each other, by having a greater understanding of how situations are viewed through another's perception.

This will be anonymous so the interviewee can feel free to talk and their identities would have no bearing on the results anyways. With the information I have collected I will analyze the results and offer recommendations as well as options for dealing with others, backed up by secondary research.
