"The Feeler" Blue Personalities

Dealing with a "Blue Personality" Page 1

Emotions run deeper in some people than others; like any feeling we need to be in control of our own actions. "The Feelers" would be the people that go on their "gut feelings", they will have exceptional careers in the social fields, health care, and teaching. What they excel at is the sympathetic touch, knowing what people need and how to get them the care that will make them feel special.

At best, a blue personality will flourish if allowed to express ideas, brainstorm solutions and take part in activities and social events. They need to feel involved and have the support that it takes to get the job done. They will be the compassionate backbone behind the scenes in the office.

At worst a blue personality may be seen as a drama queen, or an overly empathetic wreak adding fuel to the fire. People may find the blue personalities "gut instincts" to be reckless and unwarranted.

We all need to be aware of each other's feelings in the workplace and we need to be aware that "over doing it" may cause destructive and unnecessary drama.
